Tim moved to the Colorado Springs community in 1982 with the US Air Force. After completing his initial 4 years, he  joined the law enforcement community and served 22 years in that career. During that time, he started a custom home building business. He incorporated that business in 1995, and built numerous homes, primarily in the Black Forest community.

Tim has been an active and successful realtor for over 21 years, and has also been involved on the investing side as well. Tim was a custom home builder for 15 years which has given him  invaluable insight into helping his clients navigate the complexities of dealing with the local builders. Tim owned a Re/Max franchise and has a great deal of experience as an owner/manager of a large real estate office.

Tim carries the following real estate designations: ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative; GRI-Graduate Realtor Institute; MRP-Military Relocation Professional; CNE-Certified Negotiation Expert; LHMS; Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

Tim still runs his team in Colorado and moved to the Beaufort, NC community in Sept 2022. He and Tammy have been enjoying this new lifestyle...which is quite a change from living up in the mountains of CO at almost 10,000 feet elevation. Being at sea level with warmer weather and plenty of water for recreation has been a welcome respite.
