Licensed since 1987, Toni offers honesty and integrity for all your real estate needs with experience in the real estate profession as a real estate paralegal, homeowner's insurance agent, was co-owner of Howard Higgins & Associates (construction company) and now owner of Eastern Carolina Properties. She serves with the Carteret County Associate of Realtors on the Education Committee for almost 10 years, volunteers with Operation Christmas Child and Coastal Carolina Center for Women's Ministries.
